hi,

do i need a digital hygrometer for my incubator?
does it have to be a dimmer stat to maintain a constant temp?

just making sure i get it right.

Are you using a heatmat? - If so a Dimmer won't work as they have a minimum load. I think you will find a Pulse Proportional one ok though.

depends how accurate you want to measure the humidity i suppose, if you're getting condensation then you know it's pretty humid??

gonna have my heat mat on the top of the incubator to get humidity but not condensation.
was just wondering if a certain humidity has to maintained.

was told a dimmer would work with a heat mat even though they do have a minimum watt rating? cheers for the link BE thats a good price.
