Personally, I think Debbie talks out of her ass and Mark has better general advice. For those of us who appreciate a visual aid it was really nice to find videos, but I'm so dubious about some of the ones I found, especially after talking to people here.. It makes me sad that so many people might take this advice as biblical (as it were)...
