I understand that with snakes like royals it's best to give them a settling in period before handling. I obviously want to get mine used to being handled but don't want to stress it out too much. I've read corns are quite happy in captivity so do they need the same sort of cooling off period? |

they need a settling in period, yes, most people recommend leaving them a week to get to know their new surroundings. |

Agreed, a week, then feed, then 2 more days then handle is how I would do it. |

maybe 5 days, feed, 2 days, then handle if you're really desperate and can't wait............... |
