Hello and welcome to the forum.

Its quite common to leave the snake completely alone for a week to settle in to its new home, so this may be why he hasn't eaten.

Its fine to leave the mouse with him overnight though. He might just wait for the middle of the night and silence before he's comfortable enough to eat. If its still there in the morning throw it away and try again in 3/4 days.

BE's advise is sound. Are you useing bark/aspen/hemp (along those lines) as a substrate? If you are, there is a risk of the snake eating it while eating the mouse and not being able to pass it.

I wouldnt recommend you leave the mouse in the viv then. If it was me i would give the snake another 3 or 4 days to settle in then try feeding again but out side of the viv.

I'm seeing a pattern with Queenie I think - I offer him a mouse last thing at night, he strikes, constricts then leaves it but if I repeat the process the next morning he'll actually eat it.
