well she's in the middle of sheedding process so she in her hide constantly so i decided imma brave handling her after her next feed and after she's shed.
she seems to have calmed down since it's been colder. shes hapy to sit and watch me rather than strike the glass every time i bend down to look at her.
but if i get tagged i get tagged, no worse than a cat bite really. jsut the shock, not the pain. and a lot of blood, but what the hey :)
im gonna try and relax with her, cause she used to be exellent, hanging round my neck for hours at a time
i need to measure her too S: lol

Punk, If she is hard to handle, put her in a pillow case.
Hold her constantly so she feels safe. That way she will get used to the feel of you on her, your grip, and her on you, without being able to strike you. Give her 10 minutes at a time and let her out, but when you let her out, allow her to come out by herself and keep holding her. Do this every night for a fortnight, except after a feed and you will see a difference. If need be, get a radiator paint roller from B&Q and throw the roller head away, bend the end to make a hook and always hook her out of the viv.
Try it, it works.

ok been concidering selling tartan... how muc hwoudl youy guy say I should sell her for? She sheds perfectly, eats like mad, never had any health problems, 4' 7" roughly, and about 4 / 5 years old. and wouldn't come with the viv. I jsut dunno how mcuh would be a good price to sell her for.
She was £80 when I got her. |
