There is a Chocolate morph...

http://kornnatter.de/cornpedia.html

http://kornnatter.de/modules.php?name=cornpedia&op=content&tid=30&cornsnake_morph=chocolate

As others have said, it is a hybrid (a cross between a corn and a rat snake: Pantherophis guttatus and Pantherophis Emoryi).

Some scientists therefore do believe they exist!

0.1.1 Corn Snakes (Elaphe guttata) CB07 Jasper (Amelanastic) CB07 Chicomecoatl (Anerythristic Aztec)
1.0.0 Royal Python (Python regius) CB07 Tibo (Normal)
1.1.0 California Kingsnakes (Lampropeltis getula californiae) CB05 Luka (B&W Banded) CB06 Lucien (Albino Banded)

Id say she was a Normal, but the flash on the camera has spoilt the colours in the picture.
Lovely looking snake though :)
Also, as this is my first thread, i dont want to get off on the wrong foot or highjack the thread, but i think to buy a snake because it is kept in poor conditions is the wrong reason to buy it, and it just means another one will take its place in the shop and the owner will keep on making money from the way he keeps reps, although if you see a snake like that, its hard not to.
Poor conditions in any shop are best reported, but first to the keeper.
No offence.

yea that is true but i was gonna get a snake anyway and to be fair if te owner knows it like that then he should do somethin about it there and then not just sell the snakes and let customers see it in that state, i was thinkin about reportin the owner but i dont know who to call about it, but he did have other reptiles like geckos and turtles too and all of those were in just the same state, the gecko tank had 3 leopard geckos init and there was a pile of pheseas in the corner reaching the top of the tank, there was 2 near adult male corns that must of been atleast 3ft in little boxes with no hide, the only clean tanks were the ones with the fish in.

Id like to think that you quarantined the snake you bought, if conditions are that bad.
Report to your council, as the store needs to operate with a licence and also environmental health, but if in any doubt of who to report it to, try the RSPCA.
Sounds like you did the snake a favour :)
