How long can a new hatchling survive without food. My hatchling, which was first born and clearly much smaller than the rest, has refused two weeks in a row to eat her meal eventhough she has shed. In the first week there was excrement in her bed but there has been nothing for about 8 days now. The other two are greedy with one demolishing two in about 3 minutes!!!

I am worried - should I be?

Thanks guys, but does the size make any difference to whether or not he'll eat? I just thought he looked totally disinterested although he did have an initial like when I showed it to him. I have given him the smallest pinky and it doesn't look too big. Lastly, how often do I feed the others and how much?

one pinky about every 5 days should be enough for a hatchling, though if one of yours is already taking two he must be a greedy little thing!
