Hiya, i have a female snake that is about 6 weeks pregnant, she has been in shed for a couple of days but looks like she will prob shed today. Well the last couple of days she has been laying dud eggs. 3 to be exact, one everyday for the last 3 days. Is this normal? She is about 4 and its not her 1st time. She is still very chunky aswell. Will she still have viable eggs or will she just keep laying duds now?

she's probably just looking for somewhere good to lay, hopefully she'll settle in the large damp hide and lay in there

Well she has shed now and i have put a damp hide in there for her. Is it normal for her to be very active so close to laying?

give her a large damp hide in the warm end of the viv so she has somewhere to lay, a tub with an opaque lid is ideal as you can have a peek and not disturb her too much

she's clearing herself out, ready for the good eggs that are behind the slugs :)
She should lay between 1 and 2 weeks after her pre natal shed :)
