Day 58 I know it's still early but I thought they usually hatched within 3 days of each other one did pip I left it for a few day nothing happened so I carefully cut it open just in case but it was already dead the egg sack was not absorbed and it's belly was green so I'm worried about the 2 I have left

What day are your eggs on now? In my own clutch this year, there was quite some time between the first and the last snake hatching. If the eggs don't look bad and there are no signs of them dying, I wouldn't worry too much. If you are too anxious or if you think the snakes could have problems leaving the egg, you might want to consider cutting the egg (certainly not without risks, consider this well before cutting).
