Until they splash water about or you get the bottom damp from water changes!

If you look in supermarkets there are some deserts called GU but they're in glass pots nice n heavy!

They're currently on offer as well £2 for a pack of 2!!

Mine look about the same, except that I glue the bottle caps to the bottom. Those hatchies always manage to flip them over xD

You could pop into a local hotel and ask them for a load of the little jam jars they put out for your toast (and possibly grab a free breakfast at the same time)

Yeah, i will be using elastic bands too.

Kev5 i actually saw the post you're talking about and went looking for the chutney pots today lol
turns out our poundland is "too small and doesn't have all the stock" :(

still looking for an alternative though if theres owt else!

my eggs are on day 58 now (nearly there). exactly the set-ups i use for my hatchlings. your find the bottle tops your using for drinking water get tipped over all the time, kitchen roll soaks it up then the tub is full of condensation. sexybear told me about little metal chutney pots they sell in poundland (8 for 1pound). i use them now. they're good, just heavy enough not to be tipped over

Very nice

Be careful with the livefood tubs though, hatchlings can escape from those. Rubber bands are useful.

looks great :) glad to see hides in with hatchlings, a lot of shops dont give their snakeys hides at all
