My snake laid her eggs without any problems and they have been incubating. 3 have hatched and i'm waiting on the other 7 to do so shortly.
Should i remove the hatched snakes eggs from the clutch of unhatched eggs? The unhatched eggs seem to be gaining something which looks like it may eventually be mould or should i just leave them now and be patient until they hatch. Will it do any harm to unhatched snakes at this late stage?
I also have 2 eggs with split in them just like the hatched eggs, but it appears that the inner membrane hasn't been penetrated! is this normal or it a cases of "only the strong survive"?
Thanks

The hatched eggs wont do anything, i actually have one knocking about from last year, apart from being dry, its the same condition as it was when it hatched. what type of mould is growing on the others??
As for the inner membrane not being cut, they have to go through that to be able to cut the egg shell!!!! |
