ho i have made a home made incubator, but was wondering is it in the polystyrene box it has be be 35*C or is it inside the tub with the eggs in?

It can be 35ºc in there anywhere and you'll succedd in cooking them.
I'd head for a temp of about 29ºc in where the eggs are, no more than about 30.
