Posted - 15/06/2011 : 18:23:42 from various different places i have heard that the times are different for them hatching.
one place said 5-6 weeks another said 9-10 weeks and another one said 6-8 weeks.
i have the incubator set at 32 degrees BUT the temp where the eggs are is 28.5 - 29, the humidity is roughly 90-92% and has been since 6 weeks ago.
anyway what i wanted to know was roughly how long has peoples been taking to hatch?
any help appreciated,connor [=)]

Posted - 15/06/2011 : 20:27:00 you're generally looking at about 60+ days, you can cook them at a higher temp and you might reduce the incubation period by a day or two but risk creating corns with congenital defects so IMO it really isn't worth it for the sake of a couple of days |

Posted - 15/06/2011 : 19:34:52 round about 60 days at that temp.
But mine were also at that temp and decided to go to about 75 days |

Posted - 15/06/2011 : 19:23:48 My eggs are 55 days old today, ive had them at 84f so about the same as you. Its directly related to temperature, but even then theres no definates unfortunately. Im so impatient though, wish they would just hatch! Lol
Good luck anyway :D |
