hey, my mama snake layed a clutch about 2 months ago and they have started hacthing, but one of baby snakes have came out but is still attached to the cord in the egg any ideas what i should do?

Yes, leave it alone.
The cord may well still have yolky remnants, it'll detach soon enough. Human intervention can sometimes cause issues.
