Hey guys I need your knowledge!

I saw corn snakes mating today for the first time at college just by pure chance. So, they did their business and then shortly after they stopped the female had what looked like a large red blood clot coming out of her bajingo
I know it's normal for a small amount of blood, but this was like a large sack of congealed blood. like I say, looked like a blood clot.
anyone know whats going on?

I'd appreciate any answers

p.s sorry I haven't been active in here for a really long time, I just can't find the hours in the day anymore! And Doyle is doing fantastic he's really grown alotttt :)
