Posted - 01/12/2010 : 10:17:30 After some very helpful advice from this and other fora, we put a nest in the viv for Tia last night...checked on her this morning and she's busily laying a clutch! Looks like all the first three eggs were infertile, didn't want to disturb her enough to get a proper look at the ones she's laying now, but we're going to get the stuff to make an incubator today and have a go a hatching some snake babies. Vet cancelled her appointment and told us not to move her while she's laying, so she'll be going for a check up next week. Living room has turned into a maternity ward, fella is apparently going to be a "daddy" - he's so excited anyone would think he'd fertilized them himself! lol. Wish us luck! |
