Hello everyone, I was just wondering what time of year
is best to put the male in with the female? I can't breed
them until after Christmas anyway but would it seem best to
breed them just before the breeding season starts? Because
everyone will be selling their babies at the same time so
it would be very competitive, and after the breeding season
everyone would of got their hatchlings and no-one would want
my ones!!   |

the end of february is probably the best time to start introducing. For many this is too early, so if nothing happens just seperate them and try again in a few weeks time |

Unless you can hibernate them before winter, then your possibly not gonna have much luck, and may mess it up for the following year also. Its a time of year that triggers the breeding, somehow they know what time of year it is, and when to breed. |
