I ordered a vivexotix vx36 off their site last Friday. Got a call from the store on this Monday asking if Wednesday would be ok for delivery. The viv came early Wednesday afternoon and I have to say its the most well packed item I've ever been sent.
Its been checked and assembled now and everythings in good nick.
Their prices are excellent and I can't fault their service.

I ordered an Lx36 plus bulk aspen, chips, stat, mats and other bits and bobs.
2 boxes arrived within 24 hours, Lx delivered the following day. Even though it was a split delivery, the carriage was under £9 to Glasgow area.

There was a manufacturing fault with one of the glass runners. No problems with phone call and replacement is due Monday. I tracked down a contact for the Vivexotic factory (which is in Glasgow) and had a good blether with one of their guys. He's interested in some feedback I have for them.

I am satisfied with the service and prices at SPS and will certainly use them again.

You tried phoning them? They may not have got your request?
wood11 Posted - 02/10/2011 : 10:34:45
I've been waiting for SPS to reply to a returns request. Been two weeks and still no reply. Has anyone had problems with returns? Might take it back to shop myself for refund.

I've had quite a lot from surrey pets. Defo fantastic prices. On one of my orders a flower was missing off a plant........... emailed them and 2 days later was sent another flower. Very very well packed LOL, took me ages to get into the box then ages to get into the smaller boxes :) Having said that I got some nice polystyrene to put under the faun.

reptiledanny Posted - 05/12/2010 : 19:55:30
i think the maximum that the postage would be on a just a viv would be a tenner, as an lx48 is 8 quid postage, so a vx 48 i think would be lsighly more
drchino Posted - 05/12/2010 : 19:48:20
Got a mat and stat on the way from them too. Also got some black crickets for my crestie
Tiffany-x Posted - 05/12/2010 : 10:48:55
I take from what the other two said they call you to arrange it, but when I clicked checkout it doesnt tell me without me entering all of my details! :/ If they P&P will be expensive I will buy elsewhere because I know somewhere I can get free P&P so for the amount I am buying it would work out cheaper. :)

i am about to order my lx48 from surrey pets lol, as well as a loads of wood, and substrate and bits and bobs to go in vivs lol
guna end up spending 120 quid lol, although it would cost me over 150 anywhere else lol
to find out postage, add what u want to the cart, then g to checkout and it will tell u how much postage is, i think when i added my 4ft viv it was guna cost me 8 quid postage on top, which isn't bad, for me to order 1 lx48 viv, 2 x large java wood, 1 large exo terra branch, 1 medium exo terra branch, 1 28.6 litre aspen bedding and 1 small vine it is guna cost me 15 quid postage, which isn't bad at all
cheapest online company i ahve ever found, and will be odering alot more in the future from them
quick question- do they email u to arrange delivery??
Tiffany-x Posted - 05/12/2010 : 10:13:26
Oh dear, what would I do without you guys, I thought I had found the cheapest in the universe, but now all my items bar one is cheaper! Good timing too because I was gonna send my order today! :P I love you all!! xD
Tiffany-x

EDIT: Before I order I cant find any information on P&P for this website, does anyone know how much it is or if it is discounted for orders over a certain amount? :) Thank youuu.

He's not bad most of the time, but if he's on a flat surface and you go to pick him up to put him back or something, he curls up ready to strike, and most often then not does. So long as he's in your hand, he really isn't fussed, its the picking up bit I think he is nervous of, silly billy! If he continues to get stressed from it, I may leave him as a viv fella, and let him go about his business as he pleases, may feed him in there too, to try and minimise stress to him, but I'll keep at it for now, see if he improves the longer he's with me. He does seem to like being handled, just doesn't like the picking up bit if I let him have a scoot around.
Mort13 Posted - 03/12/2010 : 14:26:41
Excellent. The prices are brill aren't they.
I've got to wait for about a year till my new viv can be used but it gives me chance to get all the bits and bobs at leisure I suppose!
I hope Widget likes his Xmas present! You never know,he might just be like Scrooge and wake up on Xmas day all cheerful ;-)
tehbunneh Posted - 03/12/2010 : 12:50:59
I've ordered a viv too, as well as a stat, a heat mat and a box of grapevine wood, all for an exceptional price that I could have been looking at buying just the vivarium! Got an email to arrange delivery, and its coming this Friday! So excited! Widget is going to get a better house now. Maybe the grumpy little sod will cheer up a bit XD
