 Pet Shops and Reptile Shops tend to charge £40-£70 for a corn that could be picked up for £20 from a breeder.

 there are breeders and reptile shops.
 
 Depending on where you are situated there may be a member who can recommend a shop or breeder to you.
 
 Then there are websites such as pre-loved where people often sell snakes and other things for varius reasons. If you buy a snake from a person on here it may well come with a "Full setup".
