Sorry if this is in the wrong place - thought this would be right as its more of a question than a guide.
The 'runners' that you use to mount perspex / glass / whatever else you use on the front of your hold made vivs, what are they made from? As I'm thinking of building a viv as a summer holiday project.

all i have at present is my phones camera and it would do ustice ill borrow a camera at the weekend and post some up

Thanks for the recommendations, found some perfect for what I need.
Just out of interest anyone that has built there own viv/vivs is the final result satisfying and is there any chance you could maybe share some pics? :) |

Im in belfast and the same ebay seller threw in a pair of handles with my runners had them in 2 days |

Hi Jay and welcome
Ive just bought some Runners of e-bay,and you can get them in 1ft increments,and handles and vents,there made of plastic,type in glass runners and there will be a advert for all the lenghts,and the cheapest i found,the supplier is in Camberly surrey,ordered fri night,they were delivered Mon morning.if you cant the link give me a shout.
