on feeding winston a bit of shaving was on the mouse and he swallowed the shaving aswell as the mouse will it harm in any way ?

I get mine out onto a towel when I feed them. If they're being sniffy, then I've got a RUB lid that I put the mouse on in the viv and leave it overnight.

In future either feed him outside his viv or put the mouse on a sheet of kitchen paper for him to take it from - should stop it happening again :)

it shouldn cause him any harm if it was just a small pieace but i would keep an eye on him just in case

just keep an eye on him to make sure he poops ok - it shouldnt cause him any probs if it was a small piece
