My corn shearer shed last night and i have noticed there are a couple of small patches of retained shed. Should i leave it for a couple of days to see if he removed this himself or should i use a damp piece of kitchen roll to see if this remvoes it. Sorry if it a daft question to ask

Yes either hide will do, not sure how quick it would dry out though.

Im with heriotfan, if possible give him a damp hide and leave him for a couple of days to soak and then try and get it off himself. If it dosn't come off then i would give it the kitchen roll treatment.

You could try a moist hide overnight to see if that helps. If not then try the damp kitchen roll.
