the help part, monty has now had his 3rd small mouse, but this time he has been a stupido and gone in his cold hide when he has a huge mouse in him, help, how can i get him into his hot hide without regurge? |

I don't know if it's the right thing to do but I usually leave him there for his 48 hours then start messin around in his viv so it disturbs him n he scootles off into his warm hide. Then I leave him there for an extra 24 hours to make sure the mouse has digested ok. |

Posted - 11/04/2010 : 11:31:56 He should move over when he feels he needs too. Reggie very often goes into the cold hide straight after a feed but is usually in his warm hide by the next morning.
That said he has pretty much stayed in his cold hide for the full 2 days before today and digested the food ok, wether this was a bit of luck i don't know. |
