I was lucky enough to just watch Medusa shed but she still has at least a couple of inches of skin left on her tail end, however she only fed last night so should I leave her until tomorrow night to use the wet kitchen roll technique to remove the rest? Thanks

She'll be fine to be left for a couple days with the shed on.
I tend to normally recommend to leave them for a few days anyway, because quite often it comes off without any intervention so putting a snake through the damp towel is only used if it still hasn't come off.
It can only adversely affect them if it's never removed and any subsequent sheds are like it as well.
