We are moving house next week and having all new furniture, everything is going to be dark wood, and my viv is the Viv Exotic VX36 in Pine, so is going to look a little odd.
Was wondering if there is anything i could paint it with to make it darker?
Thanks

would obviously try and use LOW ODOUR PAINT would NOT go for a cheap paint just incase the ODOUR lingers........LIKE IVE SAID EARLIER IM NO DIY EXPERT (JUST ASK THE OH lol) however I would assume that a good quality sandpaper ROUGH would make inroads into giving it a KEY for you to paint on.............HAPPY SNAKIE DECORATING |

Posted - 15/02/2010 : 11:44:11 That is what i was thinking mate. I knew that if it could be done then it would need to be a special paint.
And even then it may not be safe for in a viv.
Thanks

Posted - 15/02/2010 : 10:56:56 There is a paint you can get to paint laminate gaz but i am not sure how safe it would be for use with vivs. The trouble is plastic laminate does not have a "key" which the paint can bond too and as such most paints will not adhere to it and will flake off after a period of time. |
