it may just be scuffs and scrapes from him sliding around - if it is it will sort itself after the next shed

Is it possible he's going to shed again? It seems that several have had a double shed this time...purhaps he says it's his turn now.

he had shed 4weeks ago and it was perfect! so there is little chips on the skin it was not from bad shedding!

Sounds like retained shed, let him slide through a damp towel or give him a damp hide for a few days to help him get it off.

I had this problem just recently when my brother bought home his schools corn, we put him in a luke warm bath for a couple of minutes and then let it run through a towel and managed to get it all off, including a retained tail tip.
