Posted - 22/01/2010 : 12:34:34 Hey I have found a site that does a variety of logs, I was wondering which one on this page: http://www.netpetshop.co.uk/c-344-reptile-natural-decor.aspx whould be suitable to go in my adult corn snake viv so he can climb as he hasnt got much to climb on and his always trying to climb about. Which one on this site would you reccommend of if none of them where should I get one from.

Posted - 23/01/2010 : 05:25:14 Have always managed to get wood from garden, disinfect and bake....really easy and cheap! Looks so nice and natural as well.

will you ever live that down hun?
i prefer to go stick hunting too, but thats more because i HATE the prices you pay in the shops for stuff you can collect for free and get some personal satisfaction 'dealing with' it to make it suitable for your snake
Also I wonder how many people are left that still remember the original thread/convo.
Wasnt around, dont know about original convo.....so PLEASE fill me in!!!

Posted - 22/01/2010 : 14:07:10 I got some parrot branches from a local pet store which can be screwed through the side of a wooden viv, which makes them really secure, and they look great. It also means they can be used as firm anchors for vines etc.
I would collect my own wood, but I'm really lazy and cant be bothered. |
