Posted - 19/01/2010 : 14:30:17 I don't think I will be getting any more Corns for now. But if I was looking to get another I think I would go for a Gold dust male to go with my Caramel Motley. Lovely looking Morph

Hmm, yup royals as beginner snakes. I believe it said that the best snakes for beginners are corns, royals and Cali Kings.
I'm just going by what i have read, as i didnt look into keeping a royal. |

Posted - 19/01/2010 : 09:17:03 GP, cheers for the offer, but ive got my name down on a list for a 2010 Okeetee when they hatch.
I think that will do me for this year, it would be nice to take on an adult one day though i think.

Posted - 19/01/2010 : 00:25:26 My wish list at the moment is a female BCI, preferably het for snows. I have a male that is het for snows and would love a breeding project in a couple years.
Although that may need to get put on hold, i'm waiting to hear back about a 'huge' iguana that someone is willing to give away to a good home. |

A Royal/ Ball Python would be the best to start off with as they grow to a manageable size. Infact many sites recommend them as a beginers snake.
