Posted - 01/01/2010 : 12:09:53 Pauline, whichever site you use, make sure it's reputable. Some months ago we had a thread here about difficulties people were having getting their new vivs from someone who advertised online and then took ages to deliver, if at all.
Take a look at http://www.888reptiles.co.uk/ no idea if they're considered cheap or expensive, but they mostly have good reputation for reliability.

Posted - 01/01/2010 : 11:35:04 i would prob go for a 3ft if the snake isn't that big, if it's only a year old then it won't be bigger than 2.5ft. so really if it's not in a 2ft tank already it should really go in one of them now. then wait till your snake about 3ft-3.5ft long then a 3ft tank then move to 4ft. its best to go up stages.
