I am so pleased you are finally getting your new snake. You have done so much research and put so much care into your snake keeping, and I know how much you must be missing Monty.
Your posts are great, they are easier to read and as someone who often doesnt have a brain that is functioning normally I really appreciate the effort you are making. But please dont get paranoid about every word or bit of grammer!!! We are not the 'English Language Police', and all we care about is you and your snakes...not how you spell!
(By the way Hillzi...'litterally' is spelt 'literally'....so you were not word perfect!! )

thanks, i am really missing monty, miss that interaction so mum thought a new snake would bring that all back. just hoping that monty turns up. dad found a small hole in my room that runs under the floor that leads outside. , don't know if he has gone down it but dad says im not ripping up the floor. hope the new snake is as good as monty, friendly yet now what he wants, and get it . can't wait. happy new year to you all, for me, a new year, a new snake. maybe two. dad has sed if monty doesn't turn up by donny i can get another corn again so then i have two, want a male and female, maybe get a ghost again, female this time. |

TBH it's not like you're treating NEW wood for mites or creepy crawlies so a scrub with milton or other reptile-friendly disinfectant should be fine......... |

Posted - 31/12/2009 : 17:13:36 yes milton is a weak bleach, it is used to clean baby bottles. I love the log so much and monty never really used it, he only used it as a small boy. I am going rep shopping this weekend for some new stuff so i will see how much i get and if the log is replaced or if it will fit in the faun.
what did you meen by word perfect, (hope meen is spelt corectly, or is it mean?) |

Posted - 31/12/2009 : 17:09:13 Worded perfectly my friend, well apart from at the end "all word perfect" but i won't be petty
Personally I would not use it again, but I can't see why you couldn’t considering you have washed it and disinfected it? (if milton is disinfectant) |

Posted - 31/12/2009 : 17:09:09 maybe wash it a few times and i think it might be ok but tbh iv always bought new things for each new snake, although i will be disinfecting Little Ones faun and putting aura in it when she comes home and L.O gets a spanking new viv.. seriously dont give up on Mont though..you might still find him |
