Hi
I'm still doing lots of research before I get my first corn snake.
Please can you clear up a conflicting bit of advice....
I'm told that it's a good idea to take the snake out of it's vivarium to feed it, so it wont become viv possesive. I can understand that.
However I'm also told not to handle the snake after it's eaten, for at least 48 hours, to avoid it regurgitating the food. I can understand that too.
What I don't understand is this... How do I put the snake back in it's viv if I can't handle it for 48 hours? Do I have to keep a seperate viv set up just for feeding? How do other people feed their snakes? 
Please help poor confused me!  |

So glad you don't think my questions are stupid. I suppose it's easy to forget that everybody started with no knowledge and had to learn, just like me, with their first snake.

i feed my 3 corns in rubs when they have eaten i leave them for about 5 mins with water and then i hold the rub upto the vivarium tipping it abit and let the snake go back its self. no need for holding... hope this helps. |

Its fine to pick the snake up and put it back, just dont cause it to bend too much. |
