I have verything rite i have check the temp and this site say i need a thermostat aswell do i need one can you help me

Agree with Hawkeye, but I watched your feeding video earlier, when was your snake fed?

I only ask because snakes cannot digest their food without heat to thermoregulate.

Yes, thermostat is absolutely essential! Get one today if you can, and until then switch off the heatmat. The snake will be ok without it for now, and it's far better than taking the chance that the heatmat would become too hot while operating without a stat.

Yes you do otherwise you have no way of controlling the temperature which will fluctuate and uncontrolled heatmats can get up to 150C.
