I have a corn who is about 2 years old & around 4 ft, he weighs over 400g, so I have recently moved him up to jumbo mice, now I am wondering should I continue to feed him every 7 days, or move it to every 10? Thanks for any help recieved. Glyn |

Posted - 05/10/2009 : 21:49:04 Alice is about the same size and weight as Kellog. She's fed an XL mouse approximately every 10-14 days. This feeding routine has kept her weight pretty constant for the last six months. 675g - 700g ish. |

Posted - 05/10/2009 : 21:33:21 Hi ukglyn. Kellog is nearly 5 yrs old and has just hit the 700g mark. He is about 4 and a half foot long. We feed him 1 large mouse every 10 days. Certainly think you need to lengthen the time between feeds - also means you get more time to handle him between feeds! xxx |

Well funnily enough, I just been thinking about it when i was in the shower, he is an early 07, so he is closer to 3 than he is 2, so you are probably bang on. Thanks again |

2 years old and 400g?! thats a big snake!! post some piccies!!
Ok thanks for the reply, I will prob move up to every 10 days then unless I get any more advice. I will take some up to date pics & post them up for you in a day or 2. I didnt realise that 400g was big for a 2 year old corn. |
