Hey all just wondering does anyone know the rough cost of making your own viv & the best place to get materials gunna give it a go some time  looking to do it about 6ft long with glass doors @ front just wanna know cost before substrate heating ect as I kno this cheers. |

if i had room for a cornsnake viv that size, then I'd go for it! :D
....just make sure theres plenty of cover in there for her and she'll love it :) |

Take a look at my thread matey. I think you could build a viv for under £50 easily. |

well I have a female @ the mo I want 2 get a male also so I have a breeding pair shes just over 2 foot now  intresting 2 kno thanks for your advice mite just look @ buying 1 instead |

6 feet! how many corns you planning on keeping in there!! and how big are they?!? too big imo, corns appreciate 3 or 4 feet.
i think b&q are pretty good for materials and will cut them all to size for ya aswell. runners etc for the doors can be bought on ebay. heating and decoration etc should cost about the same as a normal size viv, just will need more to fill it. |
