Posted - 04/08/2009 : 19:28:06 Try putting yourself in snake's position - he needs to get used to new home and new environment and new smells and new owner, thats enough to make any snake nervous about eating. Leave him to settle in, just change his water each day and straighten his viv a bit so he gets used to your smell. Its better doing it that way than risk stressing him by trying to feed him when he may not be ready. Sorry to repeat already given advice but it is good advice! xxx |

Posted - 04/08/2009 : 18:28:59 I got Snowy on Saturday and fed him today with no problems. I will not Change his water now for a couple of days so as not to upset him. |

Posted - 04/08/2009 : 16:30:16 Dont feed it today, give it a week to settle in. You wont be doing any harm by giving it a week to itself. |
