Hey,

Some of you may remember me. I was a regular member on here back in 2009/2010 and had 3 corn snakes and a king snake.

Family and work situations meant that I had to reluctantly sell my snakes and pack in the hobby. I did come back on here about 18 months ago and said I was looking to get back into snake keeping but with one thing and another I decided to wait for a better time.

I am now much more settled. In a steadier job with no working away. Sorted out regular access to my 5 year old daughter who comes and stays with me 3-4 nights a week and in general I am in much more of a routine.

So I think the time has some to get a little setup and start again.

My daughter can't wait and I am going to get the snake for her birthday next month, even though the snake will be under my care and responsibility, she can still call the snake hers. Lol.

Look forward to speaking to some of you soon.

Gaz

I have been quiet too as of late. I do check in from time to time, hi to you none the less!

So sorry about your previous snakes Gaz but I'm so pleased that you're in a position now to get a new one with your daughter and I'm even more pleased that you're able to build a relationship with her .

It is sad about how quiet the forum and I'm seriously guilty for not coming on here as much as I used to. Would be so nice to get this back to her glory days, or as close as possible.

Xxx

Hi there, I'm fairly new, but I recognise your userID from my extensive searching of the forum Welcome back.

I too blame social media for the quietness; people want too much now now now and don't appreciate the long-term collective knowledge offered by places like this Luckily, some of us know better! Nice to see you return to help keep this forum alive, and I look forward to meeting your new addition.

Welcome back, Gaz.

Maybe it's time to wake the forum up again :-)

That's a shame Danny. Used to be really lively on here.

I fancy a lavendar or a butter if I can get hold of one.

And thanks Donnie.
