my corn hasn't eaten for about six weeks.he shed about four weeks ago but now I think he is going to shed again is this normal?

That could very well be the explanation then, he's 'replacing' the damaged scales .

don't think he has lost any weight,but he has rubbed some skin on the back of his neck.

They shed when they need to Jason. It may be that he has damaged some scales as he is being more active than usual so this is a 'healing shed'. Has he lost much weight over this period?
