This is purely me being curious, but was just wondering if anyone elses snakes were similar. Had Pan four months now and he's an absolute sweetie, good as gold to handle and has never tried to go for me or anything. Very lucky!
Only thing that is, not aggressive or anything like that, after I've fed him in his feeding tub and go to put him back into his viv he goes NUTS. Shoots all over the place and wriggles like a crazy snake. I make sure I've washed my hands and used the anti bacterial gel, so I doubted it was the smell of mouse on me?
Didn't know if it meant anything at all, or if it's just me being paranoid haha! |

Oh yeah he's so greedy and always active after haha so that must be it! i fed him two fluffs yesterday cause they were so tiny and he seemed a little better, don't know if it was cause he had two and he was feeling fuller haha.

Sometimes when they've been fed, corn snakes continue looking for more food. Quite a lot of mine do it, even if they've already had two mice (ahem, Kali, ahem).
Also, some snakes feel vulnerable once they've eaten so they move a bit quickly afterwards to try to get away. One of mine does this too  |
