Posted - 23/10/2013 : 15:51:01 Hi im new and not got a snake yet but was wondering I've read a few times now about using a rub for snakey what size I found a 9 litre one which was 39.5cm-25.5-15.5 would that be ok or to small? Thanks in advance |

Posted - 23/10/2013 : 20:20:57 9 l sounds good for a hatchling... then you just need a mat, and a thermostat, and a digital thermometer. You can use anything for a water bowl and hides - hatchies love toilet roll tubes, plant pots, I've even seen hides built out of LEGO :-) |

Posted - 23/10/2013 : 19:53:59 For my little one I got the komodo basic hatchling kit all you need to add is a stat. I think the faun is about the same measurement as the rub have have found so that should be ok |

Posted - 23/10/2013 : 17:07:17 I did find a small faunarium on ebay 30 quid and you get heatmat and other bits so far I've not managed to find a better offer so may go for that :-) |
