Posted - 03/09/2013 : 21:02:33 So Friday was feeding day for my boys and a strange thing happened, Liquorice the savage mouse killer (He's nearly had my fingers at the same time more than once)decided he was scared of his mouse and didn't want it near him at all. I tried leaving him in his feeding box with the mouse but all he did was bang at the lid of the box to get out so got him out after about 1/2hr and put him back in his viv and he went and hid away for the night. He was out and about again nearly all day Sat and Sun so tried feeding again Sun night just put his mouse in his feeding box and left him to it after 15mins he ate it and everything was fine but I wondered if anybody had any ideas on this strange behaviour |

Posted - 04/09/2013 : 16:25:53 Was it from a different source? Maybe he was just having an off day and decided he didn't want to eat? If you usually feed with tweezers then maybe just leave him alone with it for the next couple of feeds see if he settles back into his 'savage' feeding mode lol |
