no a cool stat turns ON when a higher set temp is reached and OFF once temp has dropped. normal heater stats are the opposite they turn off when the higher set temp is reached |

No, it is for a fan to reduce the temps, not for a mat to increase the temps. It would NOT work. |

cool controls are better for environments that need a colder temperature, when it reaches a high heat it switches on and cools the place down. |
