I am looking for a two floor viv to give Diego more traveling space, linked by a branch, cool on top with water and hide, plants etc on bottom. Does anybody know if I can buy one?

Cheers

This has caused me to have new plans. I am in the middle of getting Rosie's final viv ready - A 34 inch Beech Viva vixotic vivarium. I am now thinking of buying a 900 x 230 mm beech effect shelf. I will trim it to the correct length and probably a width of about 150mm and put it all along the back of the viv about half way up.

example of the shelf. http://www.wickes.co.uk/invt/165084

Ok thanks Charles, you've been really helpful.

If you wish to avoid DIY buy an arboreal viv with have extra hight and fit a shelf near the top.

Thank you. The Dark Lord likes it so that's the most important thing (he might strike me dead otherwise )

thank you.

Thanks both. I'm really pleased with how it turned out, although cutting the hole was a real nightmare!
Scary, I bought the large piece of mopani wood from Seapets, and paid about £20 for it

I recently made a viv stack into a one snake habitat. It was a double stack and I made a hole in the middle for the snake to access both areas. The stack had a heat mat and thermostat on each level. but I've since unplugged the mat/stat on the top level, and have this as his 'cool floor' with one large hide, water bowl and thermometers. The bottom floor has his heat mat & stat, digital thermometers, water bowl, large hide and exo terra vine that he uses to access both levels. I'll try to add pics for you to see. it's working out really well, and he goes from each level with no problems

Yeah just be careful he/she don't get stuck or trapped

You could maybe even do an external pipe like on a hamster plastic cage? Would be cool to see the snake going between
