a new MatStat or own brand stat from Swell Reptiles is about £20, the problem with second hand is you don't always know if it's going to work properly. I got one a used one free when I bought a corn but it never seemed to work even though the lights came on etc so got rid. |

do u need a 300w one? the temperature thermostat is just a higher power mat stat
