ive just weighed my snake for the first time.shes 21 inches long and weighed in at 32 grams.could anyone tell me if this is a healthy weight.many thanks |

Try not to worry too much about your snake's weight Jason, although I know it's hard. As long as she is eating, drinking, pooing and growing she's fine .
Figs is right about how different snakes are, even hatchlings from the same clutch that are fed the same grow at different rates. You might find this interesting - How big should my snake be?

That's good then, I went through a stage of worrying about Jinx, as he seemed to grow so slowly, he is leaner than 8 but is much more active and has much better muscle tone. They do tend to make us worry for nothing :-) |

thanks lupi I now know my snake is deffinatly not overweight.i was more concerned she was underweight,but looking on the web has satisfied me that she is fine. |

There's heaps of variation in length and size so its hard to say, really.
As long as she's eating and doesn't look thin or fat, I'd say you're all good!  |
