HELLO GUYS. JUST GOT MY CORNSNAKE,HE IS ABOUT 4 YEARS OLD AND GETTING ON FOR 5 FOOT IN LENGTH. HIS VIV IS A WOODEN ONE AND SIZE 4/2FT. I CURRENTLY HAVE A HABISTAT HEAT MAT 17*11 INCH,WILL THIS BE OK. THANKS CARL.

I have a 4ft tank by 2ft for a 4ft snake, I use a heat roughly 17inch by 11inch, The snake seems ok with it

I've no ideal about sizes Carl, but as long as it covers a third of the floor area of the viv it will be fine. I know I've directed you to this thread on the Facebook group but will link you to it again - Setting up an adult corn snake - My 101 It shows you where the heatmat needs to go and the probes for the thermostat and the thermometer.
