I bought 4 mice from farm and pets and as i picked a mouse out of the packet I noticed there were white lumps/spots on the stomach of the mouse? Any idea what they are guys?

Sorry I have just attempted to feed it to him. He didn't seem interested at it so I will go back to him in 45-1hour to see if he has eat it. He is in blue at the moment so I was just seeing if he would take it.
