I've had my corn snake for just over a month now. She is always active and likes to climb, burrow and explore.
The last couple of days however, she has been in her hide and rarely left it, I think she is about to go into a shed.
Is it ok to offer a corn snake food at this stage or would you leave the feeding until the shedding has been completed?
Cheers Paul |

Posted - 18/02/2013 : 18:41:19 All snakes are different - one of my corns eats no matter how deep in blue she is so I always feed her, the other won't so I don't offer to her. No harm in trying, then you'll know for the next time :) |

Posted - 17/02/2013 : 20:32:12 It's up to you. Some people still feed their snakes and others just wait until they've shed. This is one of those no right or wrong situations. As you get to know your snake you'll soon learn if she wants to feed while blue or not. |
