I've tried 3 times today to place an order for mice with RS Reptilesales but there seems to be a problem with the link between their site and sage security - the order goes in and is confirmed BUT it doesn't go to the security page so the payment can't go through and the order is then rejected; I can't get a reply from them using email. Where can I order stuff from that's as good as them? I've been getting mine from PAH but you can't see what you're getting so the pinkies can be tiny and the fuzzies big! Thanks in advance.

Mice arrived this morning, really pleased with them. Fantastic service, just do it all using paypal.

Update - RSR emailed me and were going to do a Paypal thing for me but before they could I updated my old paypal account and paid for my order via that - all done now. Moral is, pay through Paypal and all ok and easy and quick. Just waiting to see what arrives but from all posts here expecting it to be fine. Thanks again for the help and input.

Oh, Jollyes, there are branches around here, closest to me is 25 miles away but there's one within a few miles of my daughter, she goes there all the time. I'll ask her to have a look. Thanks

have you got a jollyes pet store near you? i used to have one quite close in milton keynes and you can see the mice before you by them, the quality is great as well.

Card is fine, used it to order dog food today. Will try with another later today though, just in case. Thanks

I had the same problem last week! But I thought it was just the card because it was my partners and he's had trouble with it before, but I tried again a couple of days ago and it worked. It was on a different card though.

Thanks, Moppet. I've been on a few sites and you either have to buy huge amounts or their postage is costly or they don't have a good range. RSR do small & large pinkies which will be good for me at the mo. Will try again after the weekend.

I've ordered from RSR in the past, a few months ago now. It went great for me but they don't seem to answer their emails. I used to buy from p@h too, their mice quality are quite disappointing a lot of the time, however I asked a member of staff if I could 'feel the bags' so that I knew what sizes they were which was quite helpful.

Maybe RSR will have it sorted out soon, so that you can buy from them later on and won't have to be on P@h stuff for long.

thanks Razee :)

Thanks, ScalySituation. I've gone onto their site and their mice are priced ok BUT the minimum postage is almost 12 quid!! I'm only buying for 2 snakes, even ordering in advance for them it makes them very expensive. :o( It'll just have to remain at PAH. *looks even sadder*

Completely off topic - I like your new signature, Scaly!
