When this hatchie was born, his head looked like this:

Now, over time, darker spots have been developing on his dead, both on top and near his nose:

And one without flash:

It doesn't seem sore and he doesn't seem bothered at all (displays all his normal behaviour, eats fine). These last pictures were taken just after a shed - it doesn't seem to change much with shedding, it just gradually changes over time.

Has anyone seen anything like this before?

My Anery started off just black and white, then over time a few other shades came in then colours appeared on my snake devoid of colour. He know has a head like this.

So its totally normal that they will change colour, and have patches of different colour appear, sometimes after just one shed they'll be a totally different snake, Spot's red coloured Eagle mark appeared in just one shed.

PS I did LOL a little, you one's marking looks like a.... you know!

I'd just say colouring really, if it doesn't bother or affect him, but others may shed some light :)
