Im considering using reptilte substrate instead of aspen
and would like some feedback/reviews if anyone
has used it before? Also a good online supplier
would be good if anyone has one?
Cheers

Do not use for your corns. Use aspen, news paper and the other substrates listed on the caresheet.

There's a big debate on this stuff anyway, as it's intended for geckos etc, it can still cause impaction even though they claim it is edible. Most keepers (including myself) of geckos use Lino, slate, tiles etc.

Not sure it is sand per se. But seen as I'm
unsure i wont bother

Sand and grit will get in between the snake's scales and cause irritation. OK for desert lizards and scorpions but not good for terrestrial or forest snakes.
Best to stick with aspen, beech or recommended substrates.

Yes its aragonite apparently 100 percent edible
and digestable?
I just like the visual appearancel but if there's health
risks i wont bother

isn't this stuff just calcium sand (calcium carbonate)? If so, steer well clear.
